Raised in northern Italy, where he discovered the love of cooking from his grandmother. Moved to London in 2014 he worked alongside Michelin starred chefs. Creative, passionate of sustainable cuisine, constantly looking to improve his cooking discovering new techniques and flavours around the globe.

Gabriele has an enormous enthusiasm for his role, and has set very high standards in our new luxury chalet. He is a creative and an imaginative chef, who will go the extra mile to ensure the food produced is of an excellent standard. Menu planning & budgeting were carried out in timely manner, and he works well collaborating with the team & management. Most importantly, his food tastes wonderful, and he was highly praised by the 20 families and corporate groups we had staying in Chalet Lena during 21/22 season.
